**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts and assets that effectively communicate the client's message.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
- Incorporate visual effects, graphics, and other elements to enhance video quality and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the content team to understand client objectives and translate them into compelling video narratives.
- **Multimedia Content Creation**:

- Develop multimedia content that integrates both graphic design and video elements for a cohesive and impactful digital presence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and leverage new design and editing techniques to enhance the quality of multimedia content.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, content, and client servicing teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design and video solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- years of experience in graphic design and video editing roles.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Video Production: 1 year (preferred)
