**About the role**:
The role is for a strategist and an executioner who will be a part of the COO’s office at CoinDCX. The role involves working closely with senior management and leading strategic high-value projects critical for the success of CoinDCX This role will offer a unique opportunity of working 1-1 with the COO and CEO for an year and work on defining industry standards.

**Make a difference by,**:

- Working on key strategy projects for the company
- Identify new 100x opportunities for the business
- Solve for existing business gaps with efficient prioritization & detailed planning
- Build execution excellence across teams to ensure monthly goals are met
- Drive Quarterly Planning around Goals & Key Initiatives with the Leadership
- Operationalize Key Initiatives, all the way from hiring the team to setting up of early processes to day-to-day execution
- Explore partnerships with external stakeholders, Design and outline what these partnerships would entail and how they would pan out
- Overseeing different initiatives or projects of a business, monitors their progress and completion, and ensures that they meet the expectations of the Business. This will also involve coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years Program Management and/or Consulting experience with top organizations
- Strong in problem solving & troubleshooting, ability to design & implement 0-1 projects
- Demonstrated analytical skills, business acumen and cross-team collaboration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects /responsibilities
- Strong aptitude and passion for driving operational detail and accountability
- Love for Crypto and Technology
