**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Manager specialized in the glass industry to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales initiatives, cultivate client relationships, and enhance our presence in the construction and facade markets. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality interior and exterior glass solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the construction glass sector.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including architects, contractors, and developers, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure profitable project outcomes.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful execution of glass installations and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to enhance sales strategies.

Pay: ₹10,162.96 - ₹30,000.00 per month
