**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. You will act as the point of contact for clients and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and support the achievement of sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Generate sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Track the status of orders and resolve any issues or delays.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for delivery schedules.
- Support sales representatives with customer meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain inventory and track back-ordered items.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG, retail, manufacturing, etc.].
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Familiarity with sales metrics and reporting tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,166.27 - ₹27,000.00 per month
