We have a B2B platform and looking for a new team to create and deploy our new B2C Platform.

**Job Summary**:As a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and social media teams to produce compelling graphics, motion graphics, and video content that captivate our audience across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print, including social media posts, banners, ads, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all projects**.**
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including promotional videos, product demos, explainer videos, and more.
- Add effects, music, graphics, and animations to enhance video storytelling.
- Collaborate with the content team to create storyboards and scripts, ensuring the final output meets marketing and brand objectives**.**
- **Motion Graphics & Animation**:

- Design and animate motion graphics for use in videos, websites, and social media.
- Stay updated with current design trends, video editing tools, and motion graphics software to continuously improve creative quality**.**
- **Collaboration & Ideation**:

- Work closely with the creative, content, and social media teams to brainstorm and execute new ideas and campaigns.
- Participate in creative meetings and contribute ideas for visual content strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition principles.
- Experience in animation and motion graphics is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to transform ideas into compelling visuals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
