A project coordinator handles administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly. This includes managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and appointments.

**JD : Project Co-ordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and co-ordinate projects, take on administrative duties and independently manage the necessary elements to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Coordinating in preparing the Project Plan with the Project In-charge and Tech Lead
- Assigning Project related task as per the Project Plan & Scope of Work to the Developer after discussion with the Project In-charge & Tech Lead using the Task Sheet & monitoring its timely completion
- Monitoring the progress of the project on daily basis and informing the Project In-charge / Management timely for any issues / bottlenecks and timely submission of letters to the clients for the same.

**Skill Requirements**:

- 1+ years previous experience working as an IT Project Implementer /Project co-ordination.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.

**Qualification**:
BTECH /MCA / MSc (IT) from reputed college with minimum 60% or equivalent.

**Salary**:
As per company norms

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
