Production Supervisor

**Job Profile: Site Supervisor**

**Position Title**: Site Supervisor
**Department**: Operations / Projects
**Location**: Multiple Sites (Headquartered at Gandhidham)
**Reporting To**: Project Manager / Site In-charge

**Job Purpose**

To oversee site operations and ensure timely execution of tasks as per project plans. The Supervisor will coordinate with various teams and contractors, monitor day-to-day site activities, and maintain documentation using MS Office tools. This role involves frequent travel and occasional long-term deployment at outstation project sites.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house teams to maintain project timelines.
- Maintain records, progress reports, and material checklists using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal review.
- Support senior engineers and project managers in project planning and execution.
- Ensure adherence to technical specifications, drawings, and work orders.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and providing basic on-site technical solutions.
- Manage site manpower, attendance, and materials inventory.
- Coordinate logistics and arrangements for outstation assignments.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- _OR_
- ITI (Mechanical/Civil/Relevant Trade) with supervisory experience.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of site safety and construction practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Willingness to **travel frequently** and **stay at outstation sites** as per project requirements.

**Experience**
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or relevant field roles.
- (Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and good MS Office skills may also apply.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,299.54 - ₹31,935.56 per month
