**The role**: We are looking for self-motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to handle the end to end assessments of students and data collection
- Travel to the schools in locations listed above and conduct 1-1 English assessments of students
- Ensure data is accurately captured and reported back to project manager at the end of each day
- Administer the assessments by following the standard operating procedures strictly
- Excellent English Communication skills - the ability to read, speak and write fluently
- Proficiency with the local language ( Hindi / Marathi for Maharashtra, Konkani for Goa or Gujarati)
- Ability to travel extensively to these remote locations and if necessary stay back until work is done
- Comfortable working with school children and being able to motivate them
- Responsible, organised, hard-working, goal-directed

**Requirements**:

- Good Internet / Data pack connection and power backup.
- Android phone and a working Laptop.
- Being comfortable to travel extensively and work in remote locations
