**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract top sales talent
- Source and screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens and interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Build and maintain a strong network of sales professionals
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales recruiting
- Proven track record of identifying and attracting top sales talent
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
