Description

The Junior Graphic Designer will have the responsibilities that will include the following:

- Evaluate the performance of campaigns and communicate results to the team.
- Engage with internal or external creative agencies to create marketing materials.
- Stay informed about innovative content trends on social media and share insights with the team.
- Experiment with and implement new tools and systems to enhance creative content for social media.
- Oversee and update KM databases by coordinating with global offices to collect the latest
- information and knowledge, including reports and photographs.
- Manage content and design updates for the company website and other digital assets.
- Coordinate with vendors for the development of videos, brochures, booklets, and event promotional materials such as banners and standees.
- Uphold and manage both online and offline knowledge repositories.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and experience**:

- Degree in Fine Arts or equivalent from a reputed university or other relevant professional qualifications in line with the areas of specialization.
- Should have 1+ years of experience in managing digital media Understanding of design software
- Adobe, Publisher, Coral, etc. (preferred) and understanding of video-editing software - (preferred).

**Desired skills and competencies**:

- Expert in MS Office
- Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent writing skills
- Go-getter attitude and ability to tread on unchartered territories with mínimal supervision
- Ability to collaborate with others and high on perseverance
- Pro-active with problem solving attitude
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
