As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and project managers, assisting in various stages of the architectural design process. **Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts, including preparing sketches, renderings, and 3D models.
2. Assist in the production of architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using industry-standard software.
3. Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with local and national standards.
4. Participate in client meetings and contribute to the development of design presentations and proposals.
5. Support the project team in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
6. Contribute to the preparation of construction documents, including detailing and specifications.
7. Assist in conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
8. Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
2. Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Proficient in creating 3D models and renderings.
4. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
9. A portfolio of previous design work or academic projects is preferred.
