**Job Title**: Project Coordinator

**Location**: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project management activities.
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Maintain and prepare all correspondence (written and electronic) project documentation.
- Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results.
- Act on tasks from our internal team to assist with schedule management.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. Contracts and terms of agreements.)
- Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources.
- Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field.
- Project management certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), project management professional (PMP) or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Takes initiative, displays a strong work ethic and maintains a positive attitude.
