Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Create Content: Develop visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Social Media Posting: Schedule and post content on various social media channels, ensuring consistency with our brand's voice and style.
- Create Print Materials: Design brochures, pamphlets, flyers, and other print materials that effectively communicate our brand message and services.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create cohesive and effective social media and print campaigns.
- Analyze Performance: Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social media content and make necessary adjustments to improve engagement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media and print content aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on social media and print materials.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
