**Responsibilities**:

- Teach and manage classes for Pre-Primary / Primary Grades as per CBSE guidelines.
- Design engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess student progress and share feedback with parents.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, and teacher training programmes.

**Essential Qualifications (as per CBSE norms)**:
1. Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
  

OR

Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
  

OR

Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)

2. Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) - Paper 1 for Primary Section, conducted by the Govt. of India.

3. Proficiency in teaching through both Hindi & English.

**Desirable**:

- Working knowledge of computers.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-3 years in reputed schools (freshers meeting the qualifications may also apply).
