**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**
- Use **Tekla Structures** software to carry out all model checking including internal workflow requirements and checking model carry through on shop drawings.
- Run final QC on e-plans accuracy including ensuring that welding symbols and other required information are carried through correctly.
- Check connections within the steel model to ensure conformance with structural design drawings.
- Collaborate with team members to carry out project requirements including back modeling and BFA scrubbing for fabrication.
- Includes base modeling, main structural and light steel elements, and complex structures with curved, twisting and/or ancillary steel elements.
- Structural Steel and Misc scope
- Work as part of a team to ensure project schedules are met and drawings submitted to clients are error-free. Collaboration across teams is also required.
- %+ years of experience detailing steel using **Tekla** for North American buildings. 3+ of those years must be experience as a **final checker**.
- Know how to check connections and all other elements in the model, not just on paper.
- Ability to read and understand structural design drawings, architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- In depth understanding of Tekla Structures platform, including the use of modeling, copying, macros, component macros, UDA's, Bracing, Flex bracing, and modeling and connecting of complicated steel structures.
- Familiarity with North American structural steel detailing standards.
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced English language capabilities

**Salary**: ₹9,960.77 - ₹53,730.92 per month
