Role Proficiency:
Independently develops complex electronic design and perform testing with a high quality result. Guides Embedded Hardware Designers and assists Lead I - Embedded Hardware

Outcomes:

- Design and provide inputs for functional board from requirements including component selection and schematics. Develop test procedure and perform testing as per direction
- Design for Multi-layer high speed PCB and manufacturing support
- Board prototyping bring up of hardware and generate test reports
- Optimize design cost and quality by improving performance
- Mentor Designer I II - Embedded Hardware to become more effective in their roles
- Effectively interact with customers and articulate their inputs
- Co-ordinate with project team members including hardware and software engineers to agree with the system design and interfaces; report the progress of work to supervisor and team

Actively support software mechanical housing team and hardware manufacturing
