- Manage social media platforms, websites, and online advertisements.
- Organize and participate in open houses, property expos, and promotional events.
- Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and potential partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze marketing performance and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- 12th's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
