We are hiring a **freelance trainer** to conduct on-site training sessions on **Accounting & Payroll** for a **college student batch in Malur**. The trainer will be responsible for delivering **practical, job-oriented training** that helps students understand real-world accounting processes, payroll systems, and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver structured and engaging sessions on **Accounting principles, Tally/Excel**, and **Payroll processing**:

- Cover topics such as **journal entries, ledgers, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, salary structure, payslip generation, and statutory compliance**:

- Conduct **hands-on practice sessions**, case studies, and assignments
- Track student participation and progress
- Coordinate with college/training partner for scheduling and attendance
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of **Accounting (Tally/Excel)** and **Payroll systems (manual & software-based)**:

- Experience in **corporate accounting/payroll processing** or as a **trainer**:

- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and effective manner
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Must be available to train **on-site in Malur**:

- Own laptop and tools required for training

**Duration & Timings**:

- Short-term assignment
- Weekday or weekend sessions based on college schedule (to be finalized)

**Compensation**:
**Freelance trainer fee - as per experience and session count**
