**Position Overview**: We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Finance Project Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in configuring and optimizing SAP solutions for financial and project management needs. Your expertise in SAP HANA, Finance (FI), and Project Systems (PS) modules will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of financial and project accounting processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of SAP HANA, with a focus on the latest version.
- Utilize SAP HANA for efficient data modeling, database management, and performance optimization.
- Possess strong knowledge of the SAP Finance (FI) module.
- Manage financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other finance-related processes within SAP.
- Excel in the SAP Project Systems (PS) module.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource management, and project accounting using SAP PS.
- Configure SAP solutions to align with the organization's financial and project management requirements.
- Customize the system to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement strategies to optimize financial and project accounting processes within SAP.
- Improve system performance and reporting capabilities to meet business objectives.

**Good to Have Skills**:

- You should have expertise in SAP HANA, with knowledge of its latest version. This includes proficiency in data modeling, database management, and performance optimization within SAP HANA.
- A strong understanding of the SAP Finance (FI) module is essential. This involves knowledge of financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other finance-related processes in SAP.
- You should have a deep understanding of the SAP Project Systems (PS) module. This involves expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource management, and project accounting within SAP.
- You should be skilled in configuring SAP solutions to meet the financial and project management requirements of the organization. This includes customizing the system to align with business processes.
- You need to be capable of optimizing financial and project accounting processes within SAP. This involves improving system performance, enhancing reporting capabilities, and streamlining business operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Several years of hands-on experience in SAP HANA, Finance (FI), and Project Systems (PS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot SAP-related issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience is advantageous.
- SAP certification in relevant modules is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹675,055.28 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
