SEO Expert

As an SEO Expert and Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic to our website by optimizing our content and ensuring our online wedding invitations are highly visible in search results. You will also play a pivotal role in communicating with our clients, understanding their needs, and offering expert guidance to help them navigate our services. By balancing technical SEO work and customer-facing interactions, you will contribute to both the growth of our online presence and the satisfaction of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy and Optimization**:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance the visibility and ranking of our wedding invitation services on search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Optimize website content, including blogs, service pages, and online wedding invitations, for SEO best practices.
- Monitor, track, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO tools.
- **Client Engagement and Support**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing expert advice on online wedding invitations and related services.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized support and guidance to help them create the perfect wedding invitation.
- Help clients with troubleshooting, tracking project progress, and ensuring they are satisfied with our services.
- Communicate with clients regularly to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure SEO is integrated into all promotional campaigns and materials.
- Provide feedback to the team on client needs, preferences, and SEO performance.
- Ensure all communication, both internally and with clients, is clear, professional, and aligned with our brand values.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Strong experience in client relations, customer service, or account management, preferably in a creative or digital industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and the team.
- Ability to explain SEO concepts and recommendations clearly to clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Experience in managing SEO campaigns, conducting audits, and delivering measurable results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with wedding industry trends, keywords, and customer behaviors.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and HTML/CSS basics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
