**Job title: Architectural Estimator**

Office Location: Ansari Road, Daryaganj New Delhi - 110002

1. Quantity estimation of various trades of projects of overseas clients

6. We offer flexible work timings.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Review proposal specifications, plans etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate

2. Review schedules of projects being estimated.
3. Quantity Estimation of architectural trades (roofing, flooring. Paint, insulation, Windows, lighting fixtures) of for contractors based in USA, Canada and Australia.
4. Consult with clients to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
5. Review addendums of projects already done and make changes to the estimate accordingly.
