**Job Description: Back Executive for Packing in Sweet LinePosition Overview**:
The Back Executive for Packing in a sweet manufacturing or packaging unit is responsible for overseeing and managing the packing processes to ensure high-quality standards, timely delivery, and adherence to safety regulations. This role involves coordinating with the production team, maintaining stock levels of packaging materials, and ensuring efficient workflows in the packing area.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Packing Operations Management**:
- Supervise and monitor the packing process to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Ensure that sweets are packed in appropriate quantities, packaging materials, and designs as per standards.
- Implement quality checks at various stages of the packing process.
- **Team Supervision**:
- Lead and manage a team of packing staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Train new employees on packing procedures and standards.
- **Inventory and Material Management**:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of packaging materials.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish supplies when necessary.
- Manage storage and minimize wastage of packing materials.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure that all packed products meet quality and presentation standards.
- Address and resolve any quality or packaging-related issues promptly.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain records of daily packing activities, including quantities packed and any discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on packing efficiency, material usage, and team performance.
- **Safety and Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in the packing area.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and enforce best practices among the team.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Address any issues that may impact the packing schedule or product quality.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**:MBA In any Stream or B.Com & food technology**.
- **Experience**:Fresher and 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
