Delhi Delhi, India VIDYA Integrated Development for youth and adults Full time

**Position**: Computer Trainer (Female)
**Program**: DEP Youth & Women Program
**Contract Type**: Contractual (till March 2025)
**Salary**: ₹20,000 per month
**Timings**: 8 hours per day, 2 Saturdays off per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct computer training sessions for youth and women under the DEP Youth & Women Program.
- Provide hands-on guidance to students to ensure a practical understanding of the concepts.
- Work within community settings to encourage participation and create an inclusive learning environment.
- Track and assess students' progress, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
- Collaborate with the program team to align training modules with program objectives.

**Requirements**:

- **Gender**: Female
- **Qualification**: BCA or B.Tech
- **Experience**: 0-1 year (Freshers with a willingness to work in community settings are welcome).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect with youth and women from diverse backgrounds.
