Excellent communication and client management skills

**Good understanding of SEO on-page off-page, PPC, Google Ads, Website Development, Web Design**.

**Must be open to work night shifts**

**3+ years of experience in providing account based focused technical support is desirable**

Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation and commitment to client delight are a must.

**Role Overview**:
The Project Co-ordinator manages the Premium Support relationship.

Co-ordinator will be assigned to key accounts and will become the single point of contact for all pre/post sales issues.

This position requires someone who enjoys interacting with clients, and cross functional teams to drive client issues to resolution.

Co-ordinator will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure that all services are deployed in a manageable and supportable way, and the clients gets the most out of their investment for the life of the contract.

Co-ordinator will be assisting clients to resolve their queries/issues in timely manner.

**About Role**:
Evaluate the scope for timely escalation and ensure that critical problems are addressed as per the priority.

Proactively monitors client deployments and drive communication as needed.

Run regular service status meetings and case reviews.

Document all issues, analysis and communication with the clients and ensure that the documentation is crystal clear with action items, CTAs etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
