**Job Summary**:
The Pool and Game Zone Attendant is responsible for ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for guests using the pool area and game zones. This role involves monitoring the pool and game area, assisting guests with game equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and enforcing safety protocols. The attendant is also expected to provide exceptional customer service, assist with pool maintenance tasks, and manage any related activities or events.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Guest Services**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with pool or game zone equipment, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure the safety of individuals in the pool or game area.
- Provide information about rules, equipment usage, and the schedule of pool activities or games.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

**2. Safety and Pool Maintenance**:

- Monitor pool activity to ensure safety and adherence to pool rules.
- Watch for signs of potential accidents or dangerous situations and act swiftly to prevent them.
- Perform basic pool maintenance tasks (e.g., ensuring pool cleanliness, checking water quality, and reporting any technical issues).
- Ensure poolside furniture is in good condition and properly arranged.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**3. Game Zone Management**:

- Oversee the operation of the game zone, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Provide instructions for using game equipment and assist with troubleshooting any issues.
- Enforce rules and guidelines for the use of games, including arcade games, billiards, and other recreational activities.
- Monitor game zones to ensure a clean, organized, and fun environment for all guests.

**4. Cleaning and Upkeep**:

- Maintain cleanliness in the pool and game zone areas, including wiping down surfaces, removing trash, and ensuring that restrooms and locker rooms are stocked and clean.
- Ensure game equipment, poolside areas, and lounge spaces are tidy and well-kept.
- Regularly check and report the condition of game zone machines or equipment that may need repair or replacement.

**5. Emergency Preparedness**:

- Be prepared to handle emergency situations, including pool rescues, first aid, or evacuations if necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols.
- Assist in maintaining first-aid kits and ensuring they are fully stocked.

**6. Additional Duties**:

- Assist with the setup and breakdown of special events or poolside activities.
- Support team members in other areas of the facility as needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
