**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Teach and mentor aspirants of Banking, SSC, Railway & other central/state government exams.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions (offline/online) with clarity and confidence.
- Prepare lesson plans, mock tests, practice sets, and video lectures (if required).
- Solve students’ doubts and provide mentorship and motivation.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and previous year trends.
- Collaborate with the content team to help design high-quality exam material.
- Maintain discipline and a learning-friendly environment in classrooms.
- Encourage and guide students preparing alongside you.
**Eligibility Criteria**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Prior selection or strong preparation in Banking/SSC/Railway or other exams is a **plus**.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Freshers passionate about competitive exams are welcome.
**Preferred Skills**
- Exposure to any exam like IBPS PO/Clerk, SSC CGL, CHSL, RRB NTPC, or State PCS.
- Teaching experience (formal or informal) will be an advantage.
- Ability to engage students and simplify complex concepts.
- Comfortable with classroom and digital teaching.
