**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Branding & Visual Identity**: Maintain and evolve Cedar’s brand identity, ensuring consistent design language across all channels.
- **Digital & Web Assets**: Design website and campaign visuals, including responsive and interactive formats, in collaboration with content and web teams.
- **Event & Presentation Materials**: Develop visually engaging presentations, event backdrops, signage, and digital displays.
- **Creative Direction**: Conceptualize new design ideas and visual themes aligned with marketing and business goals.
- **Design Tools & Systems**: Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-assisted tools like Canva Pro, Midjourney, Runway, and DALL-E to accelerate creative output.
- **Video & Motion Graphics**: Edit short videos, reels, and animations using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Work with production vendors to ensure accurate execution of print and event designs.
Project & Workflow Management: Handle multiple design requests efficiently and deliver on time.

**Qualifications and Relevant Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in a design role, preferably in a consulting, B2B, or professional services setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing software.
- Working knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney, Runway, DALL-E, and Canva Pro.
- Strong portfolio covering digital, print, and motion design.
- Skilled in presentation design for business and executive audiences.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
