**Job Description: Finance Executive**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Financial Management**:

- Process and record financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Monitor cash flow and manage company accounts.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- **Compliance and Audit**:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Coordinate with vendors and manage payments, ensuring accurate reconciliation.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Generate MIS reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
- **Support Functions**:

- Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and operational needs.
- Maintain organized records and ensure data confidentiality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Media background preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
