Supervise pest control operators and ensure daily service schedules are completed on time.
- Assign service routes, monitor technician performance, and resolve on-site issues.
- Inspect sites periodically to ensure treatments are done as per safety and quality standards.
- Maintain proper usage of chemicals, equipment, and safety gear by team members.
- Coordinate with back office for scheduling, complaints, and client requirements.
- Train and guide technicians on updated pest control methods and customer handling.
- Maintain records of service reports, attendance, overtime, and inventory.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on team performance and submit to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
