**Overview**:

We are seeking a dedicated Content Writer to play a key role in creating impactful content that informs, inspires, and promotes mental well-being.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Develop engaging and informative content for diverse platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials. Craft content that resonates with our audience and addresses the unique aspects of depression, counseling, and therapy.

**Educational Material**: Create educational resources that empower individuals with knowledge about mental health, available services, and self-help strategies. Collaborate with mental health professionals to ensure accuracy and relevance in educational content.

**Storytelling**: Utilize the power of storytelling to share personal narratives, success stories, and experiences that destigmatize mental health issues. Craft narratives that foster empathy, understanding, and connection within the community.

**SEO Optimization**: Incorporate SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of our content and reach a wider audience. Stay updated on SEO trends and implement strategies to improve organic search performance.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with our counseling and therapy team, marketing professionals, and community outreach coordinators to align content with organizational goals. Attend team meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance the impact of our content initiatives.

**Community Engagement**: Monitor and engage with the community through social media and online platforms. Respond to comments, inquiries, and feedback with empathy, providing additional resources when necessary.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.

**Experience**:
Proven experience as a Content Writer, particularly in the mental health sector. A portfolio showcasing previous work related to mental health, community engagement, or advocacy.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a focus on clarity, empathy, and relatability.
- Familiarity with mental health terminology, counseling practices, and therapy approaches.
- Ability to communicate complex mental health concepts in an accessible and supportive manner.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Pay: ₹16,167.19 - ₹34,000.00 per month
