** Job Responsibilities**:

- Ability to research and develop content on trending topics in the finance field.
- Proof-reading of all the internal and external content published by the company -research, social, website, press releases and ensuring that the content is well-drafted and free from any errors and also that it is in the same tone and voice as defined by the company. All published content should be in easy language for even a layman to understand.
- Training research team on producing better content for their reports.
- Collaborate with growth, marketing, design and SEO stakeholders to ensure that our content meets our business goals and adheres to company’s voice and tone.
- Oversee social media accounts -content and design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, Instagram grid, etc.).
- Work with cross-functional teams to establish and articulate internal and external key messages, and ensure that content is aligned accordingly.
- Optimize our content for SEO and customer acquisition to drive trusted client growth for the business.
- Use analytics to evaluate which content works best and determine the best way to engage users, increase customer loyalty, generate leads, and measure brand awareness.
- Uphold our editorial standards and ensure that we are always creating content that raises the bar.
- Manage external writers on an ad hoc basis and ensure they can deliver high quality content to a deadline.
- Ensure that we have an efficient content production process that can meet our content production goals.
- Coordinate with our freelancers (like copy editors, fact-checkers, and writers) to secure contracts, manage invoices, and make sure they’re set up for success Coordinate with internal teams like compliance, social media, and production to make sure stakeholders get the information they need.
- For every piece of content that you produce or approve, make sure to research and factcheck stories. Fill in the TKs with the right fact, data point or link
- Prepare content and social media calendar and ensure its updated timely.
- See your work make a difference to lacs of Indians seeking to create wealth and invest in stock markets responsibly

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- You have at least 2-5 years of experience in a content writing in financial services industry.o Experience in writing for social media platforms and good understanding of their requirements.
- You’re a top-tier writer and editor who can write 33-character SEM ads and 2000-word articles, and everything in between.
- You are experienced in digital writing techniques, basic SEO and working with content management systems.
- Excellent English language skills to create compelling blog posts, product descriptions, social media content and web copy.
- You have a demonstrated interest in the financial markets
- You have excellent editorial judgement with a love for news and finance.
- Clear, concise communication skills: writing and verbal
- You have an eye for details, and are deadline-oriented and proactive.
- You have a collaborative spirit working with cross-functional partners.
- You are driven to become an expert in our products and audiences to create meaningful content that spurs trusted client growth.
- You have demonstrated a track record of executing performance related content that has achieved measurable results
