As a Team Leader at Wordwizards Global, your primary responsibility will be to oversee a team of Academic Content Writers, ensuring their effective allocation and maintaining high-quality standards in content creation. Your leadership skills, industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the company's growth and reputation.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Supervise a team of Academic Content Writers, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
- Allocate writing tasks to team members based on their expertise and availability.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality academic content that meets client requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain content integrity, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless work flow and efficient content production.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing performance feedback and conducting appraisals.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, academic writing practices, and educational requirements to provide valuable insights and improvements.
**Working Conditions**:
- This is a full-time position based at our office location.
- Standard office hours, Monday to Saturday, with occasional flexibility required.
- The role may involve occasional tight deadlines and overtime during peak periods.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
