DESIGNATION: Visa Officer - Visa & Immigration, Outbound

JOB LOCATION: Pune, Koregaon Park

This is work from office job.

**EDUCATION**:Any Graduate, preferably with certification in travel/tourism.

**COMPETENCIES / SKILLS**:
The company is a premier Relocation and Immigration Services Company working with MNC’s and MSME companies in India. They are regularly providing immigration services to our clients’ and their employees. The above position will be required to support our clients with outbound immigration compliances & consular services. The profile will be responsible for:

- Understanding of employment visa process, laws and norms for major outbound countries from India
- Responsible for consular filing & collating of document checklist. Knowledge of US consular process is preferred but not mandatory.
- Briefing the applicants on the Consular processes.
- Managing the Document Legalization: Notary, Attestation and Apostilles
- Coordination with Clients, Consulates/ Embassies, Visa Facilitation Services and High commission
- Maintaining and managing matrix and reports relating to assignment tracking regarding immigration
- Preparation of periodic reports on immigration numbers
- Maintaining the knowledge base of documents on travel processes and requirements for each country/region

**PERSONALITY & OTHER TRAITS**:

- Good oral and written English communication
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good collaboration skills and result orientation
- Good observation skills & eye for details
- Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- This position is office based with occasional travel within Pune
- A strong team player who can collaborate with the business

SALARY:
As per industry standards + incentives
