JOB SUMMARY:
ROLES& RESPONSIBILITY:

- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue or pending payments.
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely recovery and payment commitments.
- Maintain a professional and polite tone while handling objections or queries.
- Explain outstanding dues, penalties, and repayment options clearly to the customer.
- Negotiate and finalize suitable payment plans wherever applicable.
- Record all interactions, promises, and payment statuses in the system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recovery targets assigned by the manager.
- Coordinate with field recovery agents for cases required physical follow up.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1.Communication Skills

2.Clear and confident speaking skills in local/regional languages.

3.Ability to explain dues and handle objections professionally

4.Customer Handling:

- Empathetic and patient with difficult or angry customers.

5.Coflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

6. Basic Knowledge of Computer, Ms Excel

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
