**Job Description**:

- Prepare and cook food items following standard recipes and safety regulations.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the kiosk, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and order ingredients as needed.
- Monitor food and beverage stock, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling inquiries or complaints.
- Ensure that all food orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all customers.
- Ensure that all food preparation meets the required hygiene and food safety standards.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure that equipment is in good working order and that food is stored safely.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kiosk and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Handle cash register operations, process transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Monitor daily sales, prepare sales reports, and track revenue performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase kiosk profitability.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or food management is a plus.

Proven experience in food preparation and kiosk management.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Basic accounting and inventory management skills.

Salary Range :16000-18000
