**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding product features, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Monitor and follow up on open customer issues until resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of customer support knowledge bases and FAQs.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain products.
- Flexibility to work in US/night shift hours.
- Passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
