**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and skilled **Motion Graphic Designer** to bring our campaigns to life with engaging and high-quality animations and visuals. You will collaborate with our content creators, designers, and marketing team to create motion graphics that captivate audiences across various digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, videos, social media, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute projects from start to finish.
- Develop and implement motion design templates, assets, and styles that align with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into creative processes.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant motion graphics and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphic work.

**Bonus Skills**:

- 3D animation and modeling experience (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
- Experience in video editing, sound design, and video production.
- Knowledge of social media trends and video content optimization for digital platforms.
