Visa Counsellor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate clients’ eligibility for visas and advise on suitable options
- Handle end-to-end visa filing process, ensuring compliance with the latest immigration laws and policies
- Stay updated with changes in visa rules, embassy requirements, and documentation protocols
- Coordinate with universities, embassies, and internal teams to streamline the visa process

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visa Counsellor or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of visa and immigration laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with study abroad or immigration consultancies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Language proficiency in English (additional languages is a plus)
