**About this role**

**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Engage Business Heads & other stakeholders to understand campus hiring demand and business requirements.
- Support activities related to presence at target universities, ensuring at all times we are getting value for money out of the agreements and our listings are positioned for maximum effectiveness; measure and own the reporting on response rates
- Engage with universities, create a campus calendar & travel extensively to these campuses for recruitment events
- Maintain the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity
- Produce timely and accurate activity and management information reporting
- Add value to your business area through awareness and understanding of recruitment skills, trends and graduate market knowledge

**You'll have the following skills & experience**
- Proven experience of working in a similar role & managing college university relations & campus hiring for large organisations
- Excellent network with TPOs/Placement officers of Tier1/Tier 2 colleges & universities, both tech & non-tech.
- Experience of behavioural / competency based interviewing
- Experience of working to and meeting demanding targets and deadlines within volume campaigns
- Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases
- Desirable
- MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 campuses will be preferred
- Awareness of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors)
- Knowledge of labour laws & the apprenticeship programme
