**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Design and Develop Data Architecture:

- Develop, construct, test, and maintain large-scale processing architectures on Snowflake.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend solution options.
- Ensure the alignment of data architecture with business goals and objectives.

Data Modeling and Design:

- Design and implement logical and physical data models, and data flowcharts.
- Optimize and update data architectures to support new and existing data sources, business processes, and reporting requirements.
- Define and enforce data standards, ensuring data quality and consistency.

Data Governance and Security:

- Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure data integrity, quality, and security.
- Collaborate with information security teams to safeguard sensitive data in compliance with BFSI regulations.
- Monitor compliance with data-related policies, standards, roles, and responsibilities.

Technology Evaluation and Adoption:

- Assess and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance data capabilities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in data architecture and analytics.
- Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and best practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring that data architecture aligns with and meets business objectives.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data management.
- Extensive experience with Snowflake along with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling tools, and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with BFSI industry standards, compliance, and data security requirements.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

- Certifications in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, or related fields.
- Experience with data visualization tools and BI platforms.
- Knowledge of machine learning, AI, and predictive modeling.
