Job Title: PLC Programmer

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop PLC programs: Design, code, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs using ladder diagram programming techniques. Create and modify ladder logic diagrams to control the operation of machinery and equipment.

Collaborate with engineering teams: Work closely with electrical engineers, automation specialists, and other team members to understand project requirements and translate them into efficient and effective PLC programs.

PLC hardware configuration: Configure and integrate various hardware components such as PLCs, HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), I/O modules, and communication protocols to ensure seamless operation and communication between different devices.

Testing and debugging: Conduct thorough testing of PLC programs to ensure proper functionality and identify any bugs or issues. Debug and resolve software and hardware-related problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including program flowcharts, ladder logic diagrams, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides. Maintain accurate records of program changes and revisions.

System integration: Collaborate with the integration team to integrate PLC systems with other control systems, such as SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), to establish a comprehensive automation solution.

Continuous improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLC programming techniques, tools, and technologies. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and maintainability of the PLC systems.

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of PLC ladder diagram programming: Proficiency in designing and programming PLCs using ladder logic diagrams. Familiarity with Schneider Delta and Siemens systems is essential.

Understanding of industrial automation: Solid understanding of industrial automation principles and components, including PLCs, HMIs, I/O modules, sensors, actuators, and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP).

Troubleshooting skills: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues in PLC systems. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for debugging purposes.

Electrical knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems, including wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and circuitry. Familiarity with electrical safety practices and regulations.

Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate programming and documentation. Ability to identify and resolve errors and inconsistencies in PLC programs.

Communication and teamwork: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Adaptability and flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
