Work with internal Sales personnel and local partner to provide Product, Business, and Technical knowledge in support of Pre-Sales activities. - Respond to RFP/ RFI/ Client Queries. - Perform research on various competitors. - Ensure continuous learning of changes and new additions to the Product - Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective customers - Perform a detailed analysis of technical requirements during the sale cycle - Build rapport with the Sales team and AV Engineering team - Understand demonstration environment implementation to understand what functionality prospects may be asking - Collaborate with other members of pre-sales & AV to understand the prospect &;s technical requirements and specific needs based on demonstrations and conversations - Coordinating with customer and sales team for a demo - Adopting best practices for improving the lead-to-sales conversion ratio - Maintaining accurate records - Reviewing sales performance - Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. - Research client& ;s needs and identify how our solutions meet them. - Achieve the company objective through effective planning & setting sales goals - Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors&n ; behaviour. - Build lasting relationships with customers. - Prepare technical proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time. - Fixing Appointments for the Sales Staff with Interested Customers. - Consistently follow up with interested leads & Get Inquiries. - Report Daily to the management on progress. - Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills - High level of energy, enthusiasm, persistence, discipline, and a strong desire to succeed. **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent **Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Health insurance Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - total work: 2 years (preferred) - Audio visual: 2 years (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 9301021020
