**Job Description - Mass Communication Teacher (Senior Secondary)**

**Location**: EuroSchool HSR
**Reports To**: Principal

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery** - Teach concepts of mass media, journalism, digital media, advertising, and public relations.
- **Practical Learning** - Guide students in creating multimedia projects, video production, and digital storytelling.
- **Industry Exposure** - Introduce students to real-world media practices, ethics, and emerging trends.
- **Writing & Editing** - Train students in news writing, reporting, scriptwriting, and content creation.
- **Public Speaking & Presentation** - Enhance students' communication and presentation skills.
- **Assessments & Evaluations** - Conduct tests, assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
- **Workshops & Guest Lectures** - Organize interactive sessions with media professionals.
- **Media Awareness** - Foster critical thinking about media ethics, digital literacy, and global communication.
- **Extracurricular Activities** - Support school events, student publications, and media clubs.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Media Studies.
- **Experience**: Minimum **3-5 years** of teaching or industry experience in media-related fields.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media platforms.
- Hands-on experience in video editing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for mentoring students and making learning interactive.
