Key Responsibilities:
Provide detailed information about our programs, curriculum, admission requirements, and career opportunities.

Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.

Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our programs.

Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is required)

Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills

Confident and proactive approach to engaging with prospective students

Problem-solving abilities with a critical thinking mindset

Creative problem-solving skills to address student queries effectively

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (freshers welcome)

Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
