Job Summary
- Responsible for quality customer acquisition according to the business's product offerings. The role involves adherence to the bank's processes and policies, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating closely with relevant teams

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To source loan clients in line with the business plan and target
- Create and maintain strict credit discipline, ensuring zero defaults in recovery
- Monitor the loan portfolio, including conducting loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and practices, while continuously contributing to their improvement
- Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping and reporting
- Understand customer needs and respond to queries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicants, obtaining signatures and notarization, and collecting fees
- Perform any other work assigned from time to time

1-3 years of relevant experience in BFSI domain.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- bank's processes and policies: 2 years (preferred)
- Gold Loan: 2 years (preferred)
- BFSI domain: 2 years (preferred)
- Banking, Financial, Services, and Insurance: 2 years (preferred)
