**Job description**

PENNEP seeks a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. Our organization is committed to providing a collaborative and nurturing environment where interns can gain hands-on experience and grow their skill sets in the exciting world of digital marketing.

**Internship Insights**
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Understand the fundamentals of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
- Social Media Marketing: Learn how to effectively manage and engage with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to build brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and create compelling content.
- Digital Advertising: Gain insights into setting up and monitoring digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to reach target audiences effectively.
- Analytics and Reporting: Learn how to use digital marketing analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, social media performance, and other key metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

**Required Skills and Qualification**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and an ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

**Nice to have Skills**
- Ability to use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms and their functionalities
