**Job Title**: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - Science (Class 9th and 10th)

**Location**: KMMS, Mathura

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Instruction**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Incorporate hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience.

**2. Assessment**:

- Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
- Maintain accurate records of student grades, attendance, and other relevant information.

**3. Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and address behavioral issues.
- Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and academic excellence.

**4. Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and update the Science curriculum to align with educational standards and best practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in Science education and teaching methodologies.

**5. Student Support**:

- Identify and address individual learning needs and provide additional support or enrichment as required.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry among students.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, science clubs, and field trips related to Science.

**6. Professional Responsibilities**:

- Attend and contribute to staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
- Comply with school policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or Education with a specialization in Science.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Science at the middle or secondary school level.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum and educational standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
