Field Agent

**Job Overview**: The Field Marketing Agent will be responsible for executing local outreach and marketing activities aimed at increasing student enrollments for NIIS. This role involves presenting the benefits of NIIS to prospective students, building relationships with schools and community leaders, and driving inquiries through direct engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct presentations at schools, colleges, and community centers to promote NIIS’s academic programs.
- Engage directly with prospective students and parents to generate inquiries and build interest in NIIS.
- Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers) and collect contact information for follow-up.
- Build relationships with local influencers, educators, and community leaders to enhance brand presence.
- Report daily activity and lead data to the regional manager and CRM team.
- Attend and represent NIIS at local events, educational fairs, and community gatherings.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to present confidently to small and large groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work independently.
- Knowledge of the local area and community networks is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
