We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Database Administrator (DBA) Trainees. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build expertise in database management systems. As a DBA Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced team to learn, implement, and maintain efficient database systems that support our cutting-edge solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of database management systems (DBMS).
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues under the guidance of senior DBAs.
- Learn to optimize database queries for performance improvements.
- Support the development and implementation of backup and recovery plans.
- Help ensure data integrity and security in all database operations.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand database requirements and contribute to the design of efficient schemas.
- Document database configurations, procedures, and workflows for knowledge sharing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or final-year students).
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with DBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of database security practices and tools.
- Exposure to cloud database services (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database).
- Understanding of scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting.
