**Position : Boiler Operator**
Location : Tilher (Vasai)
**Reports to (Position) : Head - Maintenance/Plant Head**
I. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Operate boiler and associated equipment to maintain a constant supply of steam for heating or power purposes.
- Monitor boiler operations, including pressure, temperature, fuel consumption, and water levels to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform routine inspections, tests, and adjustments on boilers, valves, pumps, and other related equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, fuel consumption, and any other relevant data.
- Clean and maintain boiler systems, including removing scale and other deposits to ensure efficient operation.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing or repairing defective parts, lubricating machinery, and performing preventive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose boiler malfunctions or operational issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to lockout/tag out procedures.
- Coordinate with other maintenance personnel, operators, and supervisors to plan and prioritize maintenance activities and minimize downtime.

II. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in conducting routine inspections, tests, and adjustments on boiler systems.
- Strong knowledge of boiler operations, maintenance procedures, and safety practices.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls related to boiler operations.

**III. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training & certification in boiler operations is preferred.
- Experience as a class 1 Boiler Attendant with 3 to 4 years of experience.

**Salary**: ₹10,441.22 - ₹31,317.25 per month
